Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with an expanding organisation based in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity to join the team as a Customer Service Advisor on a full-time ongoing temporary contract.

Job Role:

* Responding to customer calls and emails in a friendly, helpful manner

* Understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions

* Following company policies and procedures

* Managing customer accounts, including upselling and retention opportunities

* Handling difficult enquiries professionally

* Staying up to date with products, systems, and processes to provide accurate information

Skills and experience:

* Must be able to pass Credit and DBS check

* Experience in customer services or similar role

* Excellent written and verbal communication

* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
