Description:
Are you an excellent communicator and able to solve problems with ease with a high level of Customer Service Experience. Our client based in Crawley are looking to recruit a temporary Customer Service Advisor to work in the repairs department. This is a full-time position Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm paying £14.47ph for approximately 4 months
Daily responsibilities:
* Provide general administration support to all departments.
* Handle a high number of calls into the Customer Service Department
* Speaking with tenants who require repairs.
* Scheduling contractors.
* Checking information on the system.
* Challenging any issues with providers.
* Handling a high number of calls.
Skills required:
* Proficient in Microsoft - Especially Excel
* Good Communication
* Great telephone manner
* Some administration experience
* Attention to detail
* Experience in social housing
