Customer Service Advisor
GRG are seeking a proactive and personable Customer Service Advisor to join our client's team. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for their customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. You will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships with their clientele.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests, concerns, and complaints
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
Assist customers in navigating our website, troubleshooting technical issues, and processing orders
Handle escalated issues and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution
Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of customer service strategies
Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and company developments
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
Empathy and a customer-centric mindset
Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
A commitment to providing exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus
