P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join their team based in Great Yarmouth on a full time, permanent basis.
Role Summary:
The ideal fit for this role will have a background in customer services and/or sales and be confident speaking with and supporting customers. But more important is finding someone passionate about delivering a positive customer experience that exceeds expectations. You will receive ongoing training and support from day 1 to help you understand the business and to support your professional development.
Person Specification:
* Previous work experience within customer service and/or sales.
* Experience with data entry or administration with an understanding of Excel and CRM systems preferred.
* Good verbal communication and time management skills.
* Computer literate and proficient in MS Office.
Working Hours and Benefits:
* Monday – Friday (39 hours a week).
