Customer Service Advisor - Temporary Opportunity (4 Weeks + Potential Extension)

We're looking for friendly and motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Advisors. Based in a modern, welcoming office with free on-site parking, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent support to customers and service users. There is also potential for the role to extend beyond the initial 4-week assignment for the right candidates.
What you'll be doing:
Handling inbound customer service enquiries with professionalism and care
Completing administrative tasks such as data entry, email correspondence, and electronic filing
Updating internal systems accurately and efficientlyWhat we're looking for:
Previous customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or contact centre)
Confident communication skills and a natural ability to engage with people
