Experience in Customer Service
Excellent communication skills written and Verbal
Ability to work towards deadlines

Experience of working with MS Word & Excel is extremely desirable
Be able to work shifts agreed - see rota info
Must have lived in the U.K for at least the last 5 years
Be willing to complete aviation vetting (Done by us for free!)
Be willing to have a DBS applied for (We'll do this for free!)
Responsibilities:
Being the first point of contact for our external customers and delivering the highest possible levels of Customer satisfaction
Using the telephone, email, social media and internal systems
Handle Shipping requests
Responding to customer enquiries and providing information.
