This Customer Service Advisor role in Leeds is all about supporting customers with their queries and ensuring a smooth service experience. You'll be the first point of contact, helping to resolve issues and keeping things running efficiently in the business services industry.

This role is within the business services industry, based in Leeds. This opporutnity will be fully office based and offers full-time hours only (Mon - Fri 09:00am - 17:30pm)
Description
Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally via inound calls.
Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues.
Log and update customer interactions within internal systems.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex enquiries.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes.
Follow company policies and procedures in all interactions.
Support team goals by contributing to overall service targets.Profile
A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A customer-focused approach with a problem-solving mindset.
Confidence in using computer systems and managing multiple tasks.
Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role.
Can commit to an on-going temporary role starting on the 21st September.Please be advised that all employment offers are subject to the successful completion of pre-employment screening, including a Basic DBS check and credit check.
