Pay - Up to £12.05 per hour

The role is full-time working. You will be required to work a shift pattern which will cover the following working hours: 8am-8pm. Weekend working is required, shift patterns to be agreed with line manager.
This role is office based in Westminster House, St Marks Court, Thornaby, Stockton on Tees, TS17 6QPWe are looking for a compassionate and customer-focused individual to join our call centre team for the Personal Independence Payment (PIP) program.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for claimants who need help with their claims. You will use your skills and knowledge to resolve their queries quickly and efficiently, and you will work with your team to ensure that we meet our customer service goals.

The department is responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as logging and updating new information in the system, providing assistance in the tracking and co-ordination of risks and issues, dealing with special requests for claimants and first line complaint management and supporting other departments.

Ideally you will have worked in a customer service role before, but if this is your first role or a career change don't worry as we provide all the training and support, you'll need.

Ability to organize and prioritize work in an effective manner
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
