A temp opportunity with one of the UK's best-known online retailers in their industry - available immediately.
My client is a well-established, Norfolk-founded retail brand and they need a confident, phone-savvy Customer Service Advisor to join their team for approximately four weeks to support a busy period of customer contact.
The role centres around managing a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls, helping customers through a product recall process whilst also supporting the wider team with day-to-day enquiries. If you're comfortable on the phone, can stay calm under pressure, and know your way around a CRM system, you'll slot straight in here.
Previous call centre or customer service experience is essential
£13.26 per hour
Monday to Friday, 8am–4:30pm or 9am–5:30pm
Free on-site parking
