Description:
Red Recruitment is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor in Banbury to join our client, a proud premier contact centre outsourcing business. This role will involve communicating with customers through a variety of channels and responding to their transactional requests.
The salary for this role is £11.53 per hour and the start date is 5th June.

Managing and responding to customer queries across various channels, achieving a first-contact resolution
Completing transaction requests from customers such as changing their details
Following the script provided to ensure regulations are kept
Ensuring all conversations are warm and friendly and the customer has a great experience
Escalating queries when appropriate to ensure timely resolutionsKey Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:
No particular experience is required for this role, however, you must have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and be warm and friendly
Good communication skills are required
You should have good IT skills
