Description:
Recruitment Solutions are currently working with a market & industry leading business based in Milton Park, Didcot. Due to continued growth we are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering incoming telephone calls from existing cutomers
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in a CRM system
* Provide information about our products and services to customers
* Analyze customer enquiries and provide accurate and timely responses
* Dealing with any issues which may arise
* Escalate any issues as necessary
* Any other associated tasks
Candidate Expectations:
* Previous experience in a customer service role
* Friendly, bubbly & polite communication skills both on the phone & via email
* Able to reliably commute to/from Milton Park
* Valid & Correct RTW documents
Working Days, Hours & Salary:
* Monday - Friday
* 9am - 5pm (1 hour unpaid break)
* £11.51 per hour
* Weekly pay, each Friday
