Customer Service Advisor Roles and Responsibilities:

* Taking inbound calls from customers

* Responding to customer emails

* Using internal database

* Answering customer queries

* Liaising with other departments

* Ensuring all databases are up to date

Customer Service Advisor Ideal Candidate:

* Previous customer service and administrative experience

* Good verbal and non verbal communication skills

* Be IT literate – Excel and Word

* Hold a Full UK Driving Licence

Customer Service Advisor Working Hours:

* Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30
