£12.02 Per hour, PAYE

We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to be part of a dynamic and growing company in the Freight industry. This will be working with a multi-award winning company and the UK’s largest provider of their sector. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about customer service and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Role:
· Acting as the first point of contact for customer matters, providing a high standard of customer service
· Effective communication between customers, colleagues and other offices
· Assist, analyze and effectively communicate solutions to customers
· Receive and process bookings within an agreed timescale
· Manage the day-to-day activities of the customer and advising where necessary
· Communicating via multiple methods, such as Telephone and email.
· Undertake any other appropriate tasks as deemed necessary
Requirements:
· Able to communicate effectively via Telephone and email
· Willingness to learn new systems and undertake training
· Previous experience in a customer service environment
· Able to organize and prioritise workloads
· Experience within the Freight, Logistics or Shipping sector (desirable)
