About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, customer-focused Customer Care Advisors to join a growing team in Bedford.
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping with product enquiries, orders, deliveries, returns and after-sales support. You’ll play an important role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring every customer receives a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email, live chat and social media.
* Make outbound calls to follow up on orders, gather feedback and contact potential customers.
* Help customers choose suitable products and accessories.
* Manage orders, deliveries, returns, exchanges and refunds.
* Provide product advice, including set-up, care and maintenance.
* Handle warranty claims, faults, repairs and spare parts.
* Record customer feedback and report recurring product issues.
* Support retail partners with product and order enquiries.
* Maintain accurate customer records and help keep FAQs and support information up to date.
About You
Essential requirements:
* Previous customer service or customer care experience.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Confident using the phone for inbound and outbound calls.
* A patient, friendly and solution-focused approach.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems.
* Available to work full-time from the Bedford office.
* Right to work in the UK.
Desirable experience:
* Experience with customer service platforms such as Gorgias.
* E-commerce or online retail experience.
* Confidence explaining product features and practical use.
* An interest in sales and career development
