Key Responsibilities
* Handling a high volume of inbound telephone calls from customers, patients, healthcare professionals and other organisations.
* Listening carefully to customers and understanding their needs.
* Providing clear, accurate and compassionate information.
* Dealing with enquiries, orders, deliveries and general customer service queries.
* Liaising with internal teams and healthcare professionals to resolve issues.
* Updating customer records and ensuring information is recorded accurately.
* Managing sensitive and sometimes challenging conversations with patience and professionalism.
* Following company procedures and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
* Ensuring every customer receives a positive experience.
