The Role;
Handling inbound and outbound calls
Working with multiple systems
Responding to emails
Live chat
Supporting and advising Skills Required;
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Good IT/Technical background
Able to write an email
Able to work some weekends
Reliable
Must have the skill to be empathetic and deal with sensitive calls
Microsoft Office Shifts;
Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm
Pay rate;
£11.62ph basic
Overtime after 40hrs per week
