Customer Service Advisor
If you are passionate about helping customers and would like to service customers of a well-known household brand, Red wants to speak with you!
Red Recruitment is recruiting Webchat Advisors to work in a customer service centre in Birkenhead. You will be working for one of the UKs highest quality outsourcers on a temporary basis. This role will be working on behalf of an international gifting platform where you will be responding to customer chat messages. This role will mainly be Web chat based however may involve some telephone calls.
Benefits and Package for a Customer Service Advisor:
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Sunday, 9am - 6pm, 40 hours per week (2 in 4 weekend days)
Contract Type: Temporary
Location: Birkenhead
Start date: ASAP

You will be working for a friendly and supportive teamKey Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:
Responding to customer queries via online chat service
Ensuring all customer queries are responded to in a timely manner
Escalating any urgent customer queries to the relevant team
Ensuring all messages are friendly, informative and are written out correctly
Providing excellent customer service at all times and representing this fantastic brand with excellenceKey Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:
You should have a clear desire to work in customer service
You should be passionate about helping customers to a high level
You must have excellent communication skills
Being reliable is essential
