Nter Talent are representing a well-established business within the drinks industry to recruit four Customer Service Advisors to join their team in Luton.
This is a great opportunity for customer-focused individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in getting the details right and enjoy working with different teams to ensure customers receive an excellent level of service.
You'll play an important role in the day-to day running of the customer service function, supporting customers and internal teams with orders, deliveries, queries and any issues that arise along the way.
The Role
Working as part of a busy customer service team, your responsibilities will include:
* Processing customer sales and sample orders accurately and efficiently.
* Handling a high volume of incoming calls and emails from customers and internal sales teams.
* Responding to queries relating to orders, pricing, stock availability and delivery dates.
* Managing customer complaints, credits, returns and invoice discrepancies through to resolution.
* Liaising with third-party logistics providers to resolve delivery issues and ensure orders are fulfilled correctly.
* Maintaining customer pricing, discounts and delivery instructions across internal systems and customer portals.
* Monitoring orders, stock movements and invoicing to identify and resolve discrepancies.
* Producing reports and supporting the team with administrative tasks using Microsoft Excel.
* Prioritising incoming requests and ensuring deadlines are met across the sales and delivery functions.
* Identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency and deliver a consistently high standard of customer service.
About You
We're looking for organised, proactive individuals who are comfortable working in a busy environment where accuracy and communication are essential.
You'll ideally bring:
* Previous experience in a customer service or customer care role, preferably within an office-based environment.
* A confident and professional telephone manner, alongside strong written communication skills.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
* Strong numerical skills and excellent attention to detail.
* The ability to manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressure.
* A practical, problem-solving approach, with the confidence to investigate issues and find solutions.
* A team-focused attitude, alongside the ability to use your own initiative.
* A genuine commitment to providing a positive customer experience.
Experience working with thirdparty logistics providers and order management systems would be advantageous. Knowledge of Navision or Bevica would also be beneficial.
