Description
Handle incoming customer queries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Provide accurate information and guidance to customers regarding services.
Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using internal systems.
Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or manager.Profile
A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:
Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within a similar environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems or similar tools.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
The ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting.
A commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Can work rotational shifts patterns across Mon - Fri.We will be conducting interviews throughout August, with a planned start date in early September. Due to business requirements, we are only able to consider candidates who can start during September.
