We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and growing team based in a modern office environment in Solihull. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and is confident managing a high volume of inbound enquiries.

Working as part of a supportive team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering excellent service while ensuring all queries are handled efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities - Customer Service Advisor

Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls.
Respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Accurately update customer information and maintain records.
Investigate and resolve customer issues, escalating where required.
Provide customers with product, service, and account information.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure service level targets are met.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every interaction.
Experience & Qualifications - Customer Service Advisor

Previous experience within a customer service, call centre, or contact centre environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Confident handling high call volumes and working under pressure.
Good IT skills, including experience using CRM or customer management systems.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a customer-first approach.
