Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email, providing clear and accurate information.
Log customer queries and keep records up to date so requests can be tracked easily.
Provide timely updates on open enquiries to maintain clear communication with customers.
Work with internal teams to gather information and resolve customer requests.
Escalate complex or unresolved queries to the appropriate colleague for further action.
Follow up on outstanding customer requests and confirm when actions have been completed.

A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:

Experience of handling customer enquiries by phone and email.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to record customer information accurately.

Hourly pay of £14 to £16, dependent on the level of experience.
