Customer Service Advisor

Description:

Hales Group is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to support our client in Lowestoft for 6 months, offering an opportunity to work in a vibrant building alongside a fantastic team.
 
Duties will include:

Handling inbound customer calls, addressing any concerns, complaints and queries promptly.
Transfer calls to the appropriate department or specialist when issues require further assistance
Provide clear response to customer inquiries, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. What are we looking for:

Excellent communication skills
Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment is desirable
Ability to assess situations, identify issues and provide effective solutions quickly and efficiently.
Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
