Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Client: Provide Equipment Hub Croydon
Working days: Monday- Friday (every 7/8 weeks there will be a requirement to work a Saturday (a day off during the week). All staff on Saturday rota
Hours: 08:30 - 17: 00 with half an hour for Lunch, Every 10 weeks or so, there will be a requirement to do a week of 09:30 - 18:00 shift.
Working arrangements: 3 days in the office/ 2 days from home (once fully trained - managers discretion) (CR0 4RR)
Pay Rate: £16 per hour PAYEJob Duties:

Being the first point of contact for interaction with vulnerable clients and their carers.
Take decisions within established procedures dealing with end user and prescriber queries and issues.
Ability to work flexibly to support the move to stretched working days and weekend operating as required.
Liaising with external clients and internal company functions, to arrange daily work schedules for equipment deliveries and collections.
Co-ordinate delivery priorities with logistics and technical officers, in accordance to company guidance standards, ensuring that urgent requests are initiated in a timely fashion.Person Specification: The ideal candidate must have:

Ability to work with vulnerable individuals, including adults with disabilities, mental health conditions, or older people.
Experience liaising with carers and understanding their needs and challenges
Previous experience in a customer facing role
Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy, patience and active listening
Competent in using IT systems
