Working Pattern: Office-based during training, then hybrid working available

We're recruiting for Inbound Customer Service Advisors to join a well-established banking organisation in Swindon. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.
Following a comprehensive training programme, you'll have the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis, combining office and home working.
The Role
As an Inbound Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling a variety of everyday banking enquiries. You'll provide a professional and helpful service while ensuring customer needs are resolved efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
* Handling inbound customer calls regarding general banking enquiries
* Assisting with account-related questions and updates
* Supporting customers with online and mobile banking queries
* Providing information on products and services
* Resolving customer issues at first point of contact where possible
* Accurately updating customer records and systems
* Delivering excellent customer service while adhering to company procedures and regulatory requirements
What We're Looking For
* Previous customer service experience, ideally within a contact centre, retail, hospitality, or office environment
* Strong communication and listening skills
* Comfortable using multiple systems and technology
* Ability to remain professional and empathetic when dealing with customer enquiries
* Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
