Description:
Our valued client, based in Birmingham, are seeking a Customer Services Advisor to join their team. This is an ongoing TEMP TO PERM role, working 40 hours a week, 5 out of 7 days, between the hours of 8am – 7pm, Monday – Sunday.
£11.94 per hour.
Customer Services Advisor Responsibilities:
Answering inbound calls
Helping customers with orders over the phone
Handle customer complaints
Monitoring customer services inbox, answering emails and resolving queries
Ensure customer inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.
Communicate company policies, changes, and updates to customers.
Ensure consistent and clear communication with customers across all channels.
Customer Services Advisor Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience as a Customer Service Advisor or similar Customer facing role.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Confident and able to work under pressure
Able to multitask
