Description:
S3 Science is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our client based near Milton Keynes on a temporary basis. Our client is proud to be a global veterinary medicine provider who is dedicated to the health and welfare of animals. This hybrid role offers three days of remote work per week on a temporary contract initially for six months, with the possibility of being extended. The starting salary ranges from £27,000 to £30,000, and immediate availability is required.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will deliver high-quality, professional support to the team responsible for handling enquiries, information requests, complaints, and orders received by the company through telephone, email, and other channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all incoming Customer Service queries & Business enquiries
* Accurately processes Wholesale & Direct Customer orders using a range of Business Systems, primarily SAP
* Manage the order process from receipt of order through to delivery and invoicing, ensuring swift, efficient and accurate service
* Work closely with the Finance team to ensure pricing/invoicing queries and credit claims are resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible
* Raise incident reports for any non-conformances, complaints, late or damaged deliveries, temperature deviations etc & provide any necessary follow-up support on incidents as instructed by the Quality and Regulatory Compliance Manager, Customer Services Manager and/or Demand Planning Manager
* General preparation for internal and external meetings
* Assist with various projects as required
* Ensure compliance with approved Company policies and procedures
* Proactively looks for opportunities to improve system efficiencies to eliminate waste
Job Requirements:
* 2 years experience in a Customer Service role
* 2 years experience in an Admin role
* Experience using MS Office and email systems
* Admin coordination abilities
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
