Location: Dromore, Co Down

Durations: Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday 07.30am to 5.00pm with 1 hour lunch break

Salary: £24000- £26000 per annum

Benefits include: 28 days annual leave.

On behalf of our client, have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Customer Services Executive to join a growing organisation in the Dromore, Banbridge, Lurgan, Lisburn area.

This is a full time, permanent role in an office environment and the Customer Service advisor will act as first point of contact for new and existing professional trades customers. Reporting to the General Manager, the Customer Service Executive will manage customer accounts to ensure orders are process and deadlines are met. The Customer Service Executive will work closely with members of the sales team and other departments regarding pricing, stock availability and customer queries.

Duties will include:

· Processing sales order on ERP.

· Acting as first point of contact for customer calls and dealing with all efficiently and redirecting to the correct areas.

· Develop lasting relationships with key customers.

· Communicating to customers regarding all queries including short deliveries, back orders etc.

· Monitoring sales inbox where necessary at agreed times of day.

· Liaising and supporting all departments to help resolve customer issues.

· Assist customers in placing their order.

· Provide Product Information to all customers.

· Follow correct procedures for all daily tasks.

· Prioritising orders based on the areas they are going or which transport they are going on e.g. Express UK order customers, European orders etc.

· Assisting with Customer Returns when necessary.

· Support customer meetings, trade shows and events.

· Use the CRM system to maintain customer records, log opportunities.

· Effectively qualify quote requests.

You will need:

· Experience of processing orders and dealing with sales enquiries.

· GCSE Grade C minimum in both Maths and English (or equivalent)

· Good computer skills including Word, Outlook and Excel

· Excellent verbal & written English

· Strong attention to detail

· Commercial awareness

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to prioritize work load

· Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

· Ability to work as a team member and individually
