Customer Support Administrator
Telford
2 days per week, (Thursday & Friday)
08:30 - 17:00

If you would like to work in a positive and upbeat office and for a global manufacturer who are focused on quality & sustainability, this is the part time admin support role for you.
Job role / duties:
Carry out administration tasks such as packing samples, posting, printing and binding
Provide customer/product portfolio analysis support such as looking at the competitor landscape
Support the Customer Support Managers with group projects
Carry out regular product testing
Collate and analyse sales data
To be considered you MUST:
Possess excellent written & verbal communication skills
Be experienced in dealing with internal and external customers
Be able to multi-task
Be able to use Microsoft Office proficiently
Possess initiative
Have a current, valid driving licence
Have worked within an FMCG organisation ideally
