Position; Customer Service Administrator / Order Processer

Location; Didcot

Salary; £30,000 - £32,000 per annum

Planet Recruitment are proud to be working with our well-established client in Didcot, Oxfordshire who are seeking a new permanent member of their customer services team. The role is fast-paced and involves continual interaction with customers via email, telephone and live chat. We are looking for a capable, efficient and dedicated person to take and process orders onto our system.

Main responsibilities;

Entering orders taken via email, telephone, web portal and rep visits on to our system. This can involve advising customers regarding products and sorting out queries with orders which have been placed
Managing the sales inbox, dealing with all incoming emails to the main sales email address, and processing or forwarding to relevant personnel.
Monitoring and responding to the online chat on our web portal
Dealing with order queries, delivery issues, returns, product faults and errors always leaving the customer feeling as though they have been listened to and their issue is being resolved
Producing quotations
Adding users to web portals and updating products on the portals where necessary
Updating customer records
Setting up new embroidery logos
Setting up new print logos
Producing visuals for clients and print room in coral draw
Liaising with the warehouse in regard to order issues or details which are not clearRequired;

The candidate needs to be confident, have a good phone manner, be able to operate under pressure, and always keep a cool head. Customer service is the heart of our business and our clients often expect us to go above and beyond to meet their requirements.
Full training will be given to the successful candidate and you will be surrounded by colleagues who have a wealth of experience to assist you while you settle into the role
Strong attention to detail is required
Previous experience within a customer focused role which has involved order processingCommutable locations;
