Description:
A client of ours in the Bradwell On Sea area are recruiting a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday 9-5pm and paying £11.44 - £12 per hour depending on experience.
This is a temporary ongoing position with view for it to become permanent for the right candidate.
Your key duties in this Customer Service Administrator role will include but are not limited to:
Taking order enquiries over the phone and via email.
Inputting orders onto CRM system.
Liaising with Customers / Operations team.
Updating delivery status of orders.
Pro-active and responsive to customer (internal and external) requirements.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Customer Service Administrator role:
Previous office experience and being on the phones ideally taking orders.
Numeracy and literacy levels equivalent to GSCE Grade C
Confidence working with IT programmes.
YOU WILL NEED OWN TRANSPORT DUE TO LOCATION OF OFFICE.
