If you would like to work in a modern, busy and friendly team and for a multi-faceted UK wide service sector business that is part of a global organisation, this is the ideal role for you.
Main job duties will involve taking incoming calls from customers reporting vehicle defects and deploying out any queries to relavent department via CRM system.
We have currently 4 position available.
Duties:
• Extracting data from a Excel spread sheet
• Transferring calls and information to the correct contact
• Collecting information of queries
• General administration
To be considered for this role you MUST:
• Be good with IT
• Have high attention to detail
• Be able to work on your own and as part of a team
• Have good communication skills
• Be numerate & literate
