My client is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their busy customer service team.

You will be responsible for providing administration and data input support to the team. This will include answering incoming calls and emails, processing customer orders and purchase orders, checking supplier acknowledgements as well as working closely with the sales co-ordinators on a daily basis.

You will have gained previous administration/data input within a busy environment. Experience within Word and Excel, excellent organisation skills with the ability to priortise workloads effectively.
