I am recruiting a Customer Service Administrator to complete a 4-month contract with a successful, industry leading business based in Birkenhead. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager you will be joining a friendly team based in open plan modern offices and will be supported by a structured and thorough customer service training program. This is a temporary contract to support the business through their peak order period, however this may lead to a more permanent opportunity.

Responsibilities Include:

Providing excellent customer service levels via telephone and email.
Responding to a high volume of emails and calls.
Liaising with customers via telephone and email.
Inputting and processing new customer warranty claims.
Arranging customer collections and returns.
Ordering spare parts for products under warranty.Skills Required:

Experience working within customer service/retail (call centre experience would be desirable).
Ability to working within a fast-paced customer service environment.
Strong organisational skills with high standards of accuracy.
Proficient in email, telephone, and face-to-face communications.
A people's person who thrives within a team.
Be able to work on their own initiative and able to solve problems independently.Benefits:
