Polish & English Speaking Customer Service Administrator, Bellshill, £13.00 per hour (PAYE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–3:00pm

Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Polish and English.
* Process stationery orders for Polish-speaking customers using an internal database.
* Arrange collections and deliveries of PDQ/card payment machines for English-speaking customers.
* Deliver excellent customer service across various projects and campaigns.
* Maintain accurate customer records and order information.
* Complete general administrative duties and support additional projects as required.
Requirements
* Fluent spoken and written Polish and English.
* Previous customer service or call centre experience preferred, ideally one year.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
* Competent in Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Ability to adapt to different projects and customer needs.
* Positive attitude and ability to work effectively within a small team.
* Administrative experience is advantageous but not essential
