The Company you will be working for;
Our client is an established and successful company based in Newcastle. They are currently looking for an Customer Service Administrator to join their team. If you are interested and meet the person specification of the job role, please apply below.
The Role you will be doing;
* Maintain a customer focused telephone service for day to day activities.
* Taking calls and responding to emails.
* Liaising with third parties.
* Proactively maintain sales opportunities and advise customers on statutory sales offers, the availability of properties and marketing information.
* Entering enquiries onto a tracker, subscriber and or mailing list.
* Sending out sales packs or literature as required.
* Providing administrative support to the team to assist them in achieving sales targets.
* Collating documentation sent in form vendors, purchasers or estate agents.
* Creating electronic files and verifying receipt and saving documentation.
* Dealing with all initial contact from customers looking into statutory sales, resales and staircasing by phone or email.
* Ensuring systems and customer records are kept up to date.
* Attending meetings and helping with preparing agendas, room booking, taking minutes and arranging travel for meetings.
* Photocopying, scanning and filing.
* Working on uploading resale opportunities with the team.
* Providing accurate reports for monitoring sales activity on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
* Responsible for processing all invoices relating to sales and marketing.
About you;
* Your interpersonal skills are second to none and you thrive on delivering superb customer service. You’re a real people person who loves speaking with customers throughout your working day daily.
* Great customer service experience, to make sure our customers are well supported, it’s important that you have worked in a customer centric and/or property sales and marketing environment before within a direct telephone and digital contact environment.
* You approach tasks with precision and attention to detail, ensuring procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.
* Comfortable working with digital marketing media and love to use your excellent IT skills to benefit the team. What you don’t know now, you soon pick up with your great ability to learn!
* Multitasking skills, and are comfortable working in a busy environment
