Role: Customer Service Administrator (12-month maternity cover contract)
Location: Bedford - Hybrid
Hours: Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5pm
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000
I am looking for an experienced customer service administrator to help the smooth running of the customer service department on a 12-month contract for maternity cover.

What will you be doing in the sales administrator role?
Managing busy Customer Service inbox with incoming complaints and enquiries
Collating customer orders for processing
Sending out spare parts to customers
Dealing with claims, products returns, replacement orders
Answering calls and dealing with incoming phone enquiries
What we would like from you:
Excellent standards of customer service
Someone who is able to work with minimal supervision and is able to prioritise tasks.
Good telephone manner and friendly attitude
Good knowledge of Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
Excellent English writing skills as you will be dealing with a high volume of email enquiries.
