Description:
Our well-established Manufacturing client based in Dudley are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the team due to growth in the business.
Duties: -
Process customer orders / schedules and coordinate from start to finish
Act as a central point of contact, responsible for key customers, internal operations and suppliers to meet customer demand requirements efficiently, handling everything from procurement to final delivery and invoicing.
Work with customers to accurately forecast on-going demand.
Create schedules and forecasts for supporting raw materials onto suppliers to meet operational requirements and customer demand.
Monitor and optimise stock levels, including safety stock. Maintain a balance to avoid shortages and excess stock hold.
Key Skills: -
Proven experience of working in a similar role.
Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written
Strong planning skills – ability to take customer demand and productionise
Customer driven - strong customer-focused mindset. Dedicated to delivering high levels of service.
Good IT skills - Excel (intermediate) and working knowledge of Sage Line 50
