If you answered yes to these questions, then we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are looking for an Customer Service Administrator to join our team in Liverpool.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:

* Managing and distributing work, ensuring timely and quality delivery of service to our customers.

* Recording, costing, invoicing, and closing off jobs.

* Acting as the key account controller and primary liaison for two of our major client accounts.

* Responding to customer/supplier queries and addressing any objections or questions.

* Reviewing and maintaining their commendations folder and informing when jobs are complete and ready for invoicing.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Experience in delivering a service provision on a site where stronpermit-to-work systems are in place.

* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

* Ability to advise, negotiate, and influence at all levels.

* Ability to implement best practices and continuously review to improve service.

* Commitment to ensure that all service promises are delivered to agreed standards and value for money.

* Ability to build effective working relations with staff members and external clients.

* High level of self-motivation, organisational ability, and drive to meet deadlines.

* Ability to prioritise work tasks for yourself and the team.

The work pattern for this role is Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 16:30.

The salary is £25,000 per annum.
