Customer Service Administrator

Description:

Customer Service Administrator (Lutterworth)
~ Permanent ~ 4 shifts on 4 shifts off ~ Immediate Start

Location: Lutterworth, Leicestershire.

Pay rate: £25,000 - £26,000 per Year When permanent

Job role:
• Taking calls and emails from customers.
• Adding orders to company system.
• Deal with any customer queries.
• Other general admin duties.
• Permanent Position

Shift pattern:
• Friday to Monday (4 Days)
• Day Shifts

What we are looking for:
• Must have good computer skills (Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel etc.)
• Proven administrator experience is required for this role
• Transport experience is ideal but not essential
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must work well with others and as an individual
