Role: Customer Service Administrator

Location: Tunbridge Wells

Hours: 9-5.30pm Mon-Fri

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our client's team on a permanent basis. This role requires a good balance between strong administrative skills and excellent customer handling skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing excellent customer communication both in writing and by telephone.

Key Duties:

- Administration (70%):

Processing repairs through all stages using the Repair Management System.
Booking in repairs, creating and sending estimates to customers, processing proceeded repairs, and invoicing completed repairs.- Customer Service (30%):

Assisting customers with their enquiries and performing call backs to resolve issues and update on progress with orders.
Answering general email enquiries.Principle Accountabilities:

Ensure tasks are completed within the current Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including booking in repairs, creating and sending estimates, processing repairs, invoicing completed repairs, and placing strap orders.
Accurately record data entries onto the Repair Management System, reflecting customer requests and our client's recommendations.
Maintain product knowledge and confidently convey this information to customers.
Answer calls from customers, both private and our client's agents, within the current SLAs.
Follow up on all customer requests within the agreed timeframe.
Take ownership and responsibility of customer cases, ensuring comprehensive and accurate communication is recorded on the Repair Management System.
Adhere to appropriate Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) guidelines.
Understand and promote our client's company values.
Carry out other administrative duties as required by the Customer Service Manager.
Undertake shared rota-based manual and administrative tasks.Requirements:

Proven skills within administrative skills, including proficiency in Customer Service and handling queries and resolving issues
Excellent customer handling skills, with the ability to provide high-quality service both in writing and by telephone.
Strong attention to detail when processing repairs and invoices.
