Requirements - They are looking for someone who has a positive and eager to learn attitude to join their team, ideally with some office experience however this is not essential.

Plan own workload, fulfil general office duties
Answering customer queries and liaising with customers
Administration duties where required
Support your colleagues whenever possible.
Efficiently process client enquiries, either by telephone or email
Processing bookings and other services as required
Ensuring all supporting documents are filed
Help the client to make an informed decision by securing the best options for them, making full use of the multiple channels available to you.
Keeping up to date with changes in the industry
