Hours: 0900am - 5pm Monday - Friday

Pay:£11.44 per hour

Join a leading logistics organisation based in Swan Valley, Northampton, renowned for their commitment to excellence in providing logistical solutions. We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join our team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent communication and administrative skills to contribute to our dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in assisting our logistics and warehouse operations. You will be responsible for logging and raising tickets, investigating missing stock, and liaising with internal departments to allocate any missing items promptly. Additionally, you will be required to update and communicate with customers regarding their orders and enquiries.

Duties

Log and raise tickets for missing stock items promptly and accurately.
Investigate missing stock and collaborate with internal departments to allocate items efficiently.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding order updates and enquiries.
Provide administrative support to the logistics and warehouse teams as needed.
Maintain accurate records of stock levels and transactions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 

The Candidate

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Previous experience in administration or customer service roles preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working in an office environment situated within a warehouse.
Proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
