Hays Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a Newcastle based organisation with the recruitment of a customer service administrator to join their team on a 12-month fixed term basis. This organisation is looking for someone with experience in a similar role who has the ability to work on their own initiative.
Your new role
As a customer service administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer service and professionalism. You will be responsible for a range of tasks and responsibilities such as:
Working closely with key contacts across the business to drive excellent customer service
Act as first point of contact for any customer queries
Liaising with the customer service team to ensure complaints are resolved efficiently
Supporting with reporting including call stats and quality service
Various administrative tasks
Record keeping
What you'll need to succeed
Our client is looking for someone with excellent customer service skills and high attention to detail.
Previous experience in a customer service role
