Description:
Adecco Worcester are looking for a Customer Service Administrator, to provide crucial support to the Customer Service department. You will ensure seamless order processing, from conception to the delivery of high-quality goods. Office based experience isnt a necessity as full training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Processing orders using SAP
Coordinate deliveries with logistics partners for customer requirements.
Manage optimal stock levels and aged stocks using forecasts.
Foster teamwork with specialists, Planning, PDM, and Purchasing teams.
Analyse and report on customer sales forecasts.Competencies:
