Customer Service Administrator
Monday to Friday - 9am to 5.30pm (4.30pm finish on Fridays)
Maternity cover (6 months +) with a good chance of a permanent role following
Rugby – office based (CV21 1ST)
£21,000 - £24,000pa depending on experience
Our client, a growing and successful company based in Rugby, are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to cover a maternity leave position. Due to the growth of the team, there is a likelihood of this eventually becoming permanent, however nothing can be confirmed at this stage. This role would be good for someone looking to start their office career.
The key responsibilities for a Customer Service Administrator:
* Liaise with customers for basic sales responsibilities – dealing with maintenance contracts and propositions (likely to be around 30% of the role)
* Using multiple systems to log and organise call outs
* Liaise with customers and taking calls, contacting technical support to solve any issues with fire safety systems
* Support the office with any other needs, this role is likely to be varied and will sometimes have a little downtime, but other times be very fast paced and busy
The minimum requirements for a Customer Service Administrator:
* Some office experience in any capacity
* Confidence to pick up the phone
* Good with systems and can pick them up easily
* Can work in a fast-paced environment
* Proactive and enthusiastic
The ideal candidate for a Customer Service Administrator:
* Previous experience with MS Office
* Can work in a team and also as an individual
* Organised and reliable
