We're currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator at our Market Drayton site, your purpose will be to provide an efficient central point of co-ordination for all MM&I farmer services, administration and data collation, for both internal and external communications.

Responsibilities
Administration of farmer contracts, milk statements and personalised farmer letters/ communications.
Effective and efficient response to day to day farmer queries.
Farm Service Centre activity in line with processes and procedures.
Process ad-hoc adjustments.
Provide data support for Farm Supply Managers.
Provide support for all Muller initiatives such as Muller Advantage. Requirements
Good communication skills, empathetic and resilient.
Competent IT skills especially in Excel, Word and Outlook.
Confident & professional telephone manner.
Good attention to detail.
