Our City-based Banking client are a long established, award winning savings provider to both consumer and commercial customers, offering a diverse range of specialist products. They now require additional support within the Onboarding team, hence are actively seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join them.
The Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for day to day administration of the deposit base of the Bank which includes:
* Onboarding new customers by setting up the customerand account records ensuring initial and ongoing DueDiligence is carried out
* Taking of new deposits both fixed and notice accounts,rollovers and repayments
* Bereavement services
* Keeping customers records up to date at all times
* Provide an excellent level of customer service across all channels; phone, email, secure message and by letter
The ideal candidate for the role of Customer Service Administrator will have:
* Customer onboarding experience, including KYC
* Call / Contact Centre and online Customer support experience
* Able to learn and understand a range of banking products in order to convey details in a comprehensive and compliant manner
* Be highly numerate and IT literate
* Able to deal with high volumes of work and maintain quality
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent administrative skills and proficiency withMS Office suite (Word,Excel,Outlook)
* Experience of Banking Systems (Including Online Banking)
* Be a team player and an active listener
* Demonstrate professional integrity and a strong work ethic
