We're looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy and supportive team, playing a key role in delivering outstanding service from initial enquiry through to order completion.
This is a varied position where no two days are the same, offering the opportunity to work closely with customers and colleagues in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
????The Role
As a key member of the Sales Administration team, you will:
Manage customer enquiries via telephone, email and Microsoft Teams.
Support customers throughout the order process from quotation to delivery.
Prepare quotations and provide accurate product information using the CRM system.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure orders are processed efficiently and accurately.
Handle customer queries and provide timely updates throughout the customer journey.
Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service and support.???????? About You
