Description:
Elevation Recruitment are searching for a Customer Service Administrator, on behalf of a Bradford-based Manufacturing business. This role will be a key contact for customers and assist the sales and purchasing teams to ensure smooth processing of orders, through to delivery.
Key responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator:
Process sales orders
Keep track of orders and update customers on order status
Manage customer accounts and maintain positive relationships
Answer any customer enquiries
Provide quotations and follow up with customers
Work with procurement to order necessary stock
The Customer Service Administrator will need:
Excellent communication skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
Experience working in a customer focused environment
Strong organisation abilities
Administration experience
