Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a well established company based in Portslade. Your role will be varied from handling the telephone to liaising with Customers and Suppliers, along with order processing and other general administration duties.
Job duties of a Customer Service Administrator are as follows:
* Raising quotes
* Communicating with customers over the telephone
* Dealing with enquiries
* Liasing with Suppliers, Customers and other departments within the business
* Other ad hoc duties
Skills and experience required:
* Previous Customer Service experience
* Strong IT skills such as Excel, Outlook, etc…
* A keen eye for detail and excellent time keeping
* Strong communication skills both written and verbally

This is a fully office based role in Portslade working Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5pm and finishing at 4pm on Fridays, paying a salary of up to £30,000 dependant on experience.
